Sponsors agree to:

Sponsor payments are generally non-refundable once promotional materials have entered production.

Celebrity appearances, including appearances by Drew Cody or other guests, are subject to:

Showtime Charity Golf reserves the right to substitute appearances when necessary.

Merchandise availability is subject to inventory.Prices may change without notice.

By attending a Showtime Charity Golf event, you grant Showtime Charity Golf permission to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and name in photographs, videos, promotional materials, social media, advertising, and other marketing without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
